Club training night takes place every Thursday starting and finishing at Sleaford Rugby Football Club, Sleaford. Meeting for 7.00pm  to run at 7.15pm The routes take you in and around Sleaford with a total distance of  6 miles. There is a cut off  point where you can return to the Club with a shortened route covering a distance of 2 ~ 3 miles. Depending on the amount of runners who attend will depend on the amount of running groups we will form on the night. No runner will be left to complete either course on their own.

Speed Training takes place every Tuesday at 6.30pm  prompt, see the Diary page for location. The session usually ends no later than 8pm. Warm up / Dynamic Stretches / Strides / Main Session:

These informal relaxed 4~ 5 mile weekly runs are often arranged amongst members who regularly attend Thursday Club night. Occasional longer weekend runs aside from the Club’s Coffee & Cake Runs are also arranged by members on Thursday Club night.

Coffee & Cake Weekend runs covering distances of  6 ~ 13 miles will be arranged around prominent races on the racing calendar. These will be advertised via the Diary & Club Facebook page.  Details regarding all Weekend runs will be available on Thursday training nights or via the Club Facebook page.

Our Club Handicap Series will take place during the course of the year with a series of races carrying points towards your overall score.

Your handicap will be calculated based upon your best 10k time taken from the previous year. Your Half Marathon time if you do not have one will be calculated fairly from your submitted 10k time.
